Summary

Your puzzle progress, stars, settings, streaks, and claimed awards are stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage.

Analytics and crash diagnostics

Arrow Flow uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand gameplay quality and app stability.

When these services are active, the app may collect:

• Gameplay interactions such as screen views, level starts, level results, move counts, hints, retries, setting changes, and award claims.
• App and device information such as app version, bundle identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country or region, and time zone.
• App installation identifiers generated by Firebase. Arrow Flow does not attach a name, email address, account ID, or advertising identifier to these events.
• Crash stack traces, relevant app state, device and operating system information, and diagnostic breadcrumbs needed to investigate stability problems.

We use this information to understand game quality, identify difficult or broken levels, measure feature usage, and diagnose crashes. Advertising services are described separately below.

Ads

Arrow Flow may show Google AdMob app-open ads, interstitial ads at natural gameplay breaks, and rewarded ads when you choose a rewarded flow. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, app information, approximate location derived from network information, ad request data, ad impressions, ad interactions, and diagnostics to request, deliver, measure, and improve ads.

Ads are controlled by Firebase Remote Config so availability, frequency, and rewarded ad formats can be adjusted without requiring an app update.

Remote configuration

Arrow Flow uses Firebase Remote Config to receive operational values such as the current privacy, terms, and support links. Firebase may process technical information including the app identifier, Firebase app ID, operating system version, language, country code, and time zone to provide this service.

Website data

Firebase Hosting serves this website. Like most hosting services, it may process request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and service operation. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Service providers

Google LLC provides Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Installations, Sessions, Hosting, and Google AdMob. Google processes information under its applicable terms and privacy safeguards. Retention

Local game progress remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. Firebase retains service data according to its product-specific retention controls. Firebase states that Crashlytics crash information and associated installation identifiers are retained for 90 days before removal begins from live and backup systems.

Your choices and deletion

• Delete the app to remove locally stored game progress from the device.
• Request assistance with Firebase-associated data by following the instructions on our Data Choices and Deletion page.

Children

Arrow Flow is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly request or collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal content from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, Firebase services, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way.
