Arrow Flow does not create user accounts. These instructions cover local game progress and Firebase-associated information.
Firebase-associated data choices
Arrow Flow does not create accounts or collect names and email addresses inside the app. For help with Firebase-associated diagnostics, analytics, or ad-delivery data, email the support address below. Because the app has no account system, it may not be possible to identify a specific Firebase installation after the app is deleted.
Delete local game progress
Arrow Flow stores progress only on the device. Deleting the app removes its local container, including stars, unlocked levels, streaks, awards, and settings. Apple may provide device backups separately under your Apple account settings.
Request help with Firebase-associated data
Email abhi.shingala19@gmail.com with the subject “Arrow Flow Data Request.” Because the app has no account and does not collect your name or email inside the app, it may not be possible to identify a specific Firebase installation after the app is deleted. We will explain what can be located or deleted based on the information available.
Verification and completion
We may ask for reasonable information to verify and process a request while avoiding collection of unnecessary personal data. Requests are handled according to applicable law and Firebase’s service controls.
